Responsible for facilitating the coordination and development of various initiatives and projects within the Office of Spiritual Development (OSD). This role executes all logistical components for outgoing programs, processes finalized program contracts, maintains program logistics in LU Send systems, prepares and distributes travel materials, manages logistical financial processes, supports travel-related payments and refunds, provides technical support for logistics systems, and works with the supervisor and team to create surveys and support data collection for evaluation, reporting, and continuous improvement on logistics. The position upholds LU Send policies, procedures, and deadlines with professionalism. On occasion, the role may participate in scouting trip locations to confirm trip logistics and serve as a leader of group trips as needed. The coordinator is expected to promote active and broad participation by faculty, staff, and students in all areas of the department’s work, assist in the planning, coordinating, and execution of all department events and opportunities as directed, and remain well-informed of all leading technologies, processes, and engagement for best hospitality, communications, and event management.
