Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled nursing care for residents in long‑term care settings, including medication administration, timely vitals, symptom management, wound care, and meticulous documentation.
  • Support ADLs, mobility, hygiene, nutrition, and pain management with a patient‑ and family‑centered approach.
  • Collaborate daily with RNs, physicians, therapists, and CNAs to develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor changes, and respond rapidly to escalating concerns.
