As the LPN in Long-Term Care, you’ll perform essential nursing duties under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. Responsibilities include performing timely assessments, monitoring vital signs, administering medications and treatments, managing wounds and injections per care plans, assisting with activities of daily living, and documenting changes accurately in charting systems. You’ll contribute to developing and updating individualized care plans, communicate clearly with residents, families, and the interprofessional team, and support rehabilitation and restorative practices. This assignment offers a guaranteed 36 hours per week, with weekly pay ranging from $1,162 to $1,212.
