About The Position
This is a full-time, W2 position for a Travel Hygienist in the Charlotte area. The role offers the flexibility and variety of temping with the security and benefits of a full-time job. The hygienist will support a network of over 20 offices within a one-hour radius of Charlotte, covering vacations, sick days, and special events to ensure smooth operations. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new teams and patients but desires consistency, support, and work-life balance. The role is FLSA Status: Non-Exempt.
Requirements
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist license
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset

Responsibilities
- Support a network of 20+ offices throughout the Charlotte area (all within a one-hour radius).
- Step in to help teams thrive by covering vacations, sick days, or special events.
- Ensure smooth operations within the supported offices.
