About The Position

SPAR Marketing Force is hiring dependable General Laborers to support retail reset and remodel projects. This is a hands-on position that may include general labor, fixture installation, retail remodeling, material handling, and assisting with project setup and completion. Travel is required for this position. Team members must be willing and able to travel to project locations, work extended assignments, and stay overnight as needed. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are comfortable traveling as part of a project-based team.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in general labor, construction, remodeling, retail, merchandising, warehouse work, fixture installation, carpentry, or a similar hands-on environment
• Comfortable working with hand and power tools
• Forklift or scissor lift experience

Responsibilities

• Assist with retail store remodels, resets, and installation projects
• Assemble, install, relocate, and remove retail fixtures, shelving, displays, cabinets, and related components
• Move and stage fixtures, materials, tools, and equipment throughout the project site
• Use hand and power tools safely and appropriately
• Follow project instructions, layouts, diagrams, and directions from project leadership
• Measure, level, align, and secure fixtures and materials as needed
• Assist experienced fixture installers and other team members with project tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects on schedule
• Perform other general labor and project-related duties as assigned
