About The Position
We are conducting a research study with travel professionals and experienced travelers. The goal is to collect real-world trip planning and travel advisory scenarios that will help train AI models to handle complex travel situations. The research objective is to help AI understand real travel situations, including visa requirements, logistical constraints, and the hidden details that can derail an entire trip if missed. This survey exclusively accepts scenarios accompanied by real files (documents, spreadsheets, images, reports, etc.) that support the situation described. Submissions without valid files will be rejected.
Requirements
- Licensed or experienced travel agents and consultants
- Tour operators and destination specialists
- Frequent international travelers with complex trip experience
- Expats and long-term travelers who have navigated visa, logistics, or safety challenges
- Corporate travel managers
- Travel bloggers or content creators with documented experience
- Must upload real files (documents, spreadsheets, images, reports) that corroborate the scenario described.
- Must not use AI for responses.
- Responses must be coherent with clear destination-specific travel details.
Responsibilities
- Share real-world trip planning and travel advisory scenarios.
- Provide supporting real files (documents, spreadsheets, images, reports) for the described scenario.
- Ensure the story reflects real travel expertise and knowledge of how trip planning and logistics actually work.
- Include at least 3-4 concrete constraints (dates, budget, group composition, visa requirements, mobility).
- Clearly present a hidden fact that changes the itinerary or recommendation.
