About The Position

Traveling Clinical Dietitian – Northeast Texas. Make a Difference. Love What You Do. Are you the type of dietitian who enjoys variety, meeting new people, and making an impact wherever you go? If so, this may be the perfect opportunity for you! We're looking for a Traveling Registered Dietitian to support multiple acute care hospitals throughout Northeast Texas. Every day brings a new experience as you partner with clinical teams, care for patients, and help facilities succeed during staffing transitions. Whether you're looking for one day a week, a few days a month, or a full-time travel opportunity, we'll build a schedule that works for you. Make a real impact as a Clinical Dietitian! You’ll provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and education in an acute care setting, working with a collaborative team to enhance patient outcomes through evidence-based nutrition care.

Requirements

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible
• Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in Texas
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Is a Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN)
• Enjoys change and thrives in different environments
• Is flexible, organized, and independent
• Builds relationships quickly with patients and interdisciplinary teams
• Loves solving problems and jumping in where help is needed

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes
• Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable, long-term wellness to patients, families, staff, and the community
• Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high-quality, consistent care
• Contribute to QAPI initiatives aimed at advancing patient care and clinical excellence
• Partner with the management team to help achieve patient satisfaction and service goals
• Support the growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training as applicable
