Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program
• Active Minnesota Dental Hygienist License
• Current BLS certification

Responsibilities

• Perform oral prophylaxis procedures
• Conduct oral health assessments
• Scale and root plane as appropriate
• Take and interpret dental radiographs
• Apply fluoride treatments and sealants

• Document treatment in the electronic health record
• Maintain compliance with infection control standards
