Travel Customer Service Representative
About The Position
Leisure Life Travel is hiring remote Customer Service Representatives near Denver, Colorado to help clients plan and book cruises, resorts, and vacation packages - all from home. Full training and ongoing support are provided. In this role, you'll help clients plan and book travel experiences such as cruises, resort stays, and vacation packages, while sharing accurate, up-to-date information on destinations, pricing, and options. You'll manage reservations and follow up with clients before, during, and after their trip, respond to questions by phone, email, and online chat in a timely and professional manner, and keep organized records of bookings and client communication.
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to manage multiple client requests at once
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable home internet access
