Job Description: Identify early warning signs of potential issues and problem solve Conduct customer training to support roll-out of programs and services Educate customers on utilizing key pharmacy programs and technology Build relationships with facility administration and staff Follow all applicable government regulations including HIPAA Other duties as assigned; Job duties may vary depending on business needs Single Point of Contact for customers Customer Focus Visits Medication cart audits Medication Room Audits Medication cycle fill checks

Requirements

  • Registered Pharmacy Technician or Med Tech Certificate
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least two years of experience in customer-facing positions
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills using advanced verbal and written communications
  • Strong problem-solving and organization skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Must be willing to travel, including overnight
  • Access to a personal vehicle is necessary to perform the duties of this position.
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language

Responsibilities
