As a Travel Concierge, you will play a vital part in supporting our Travel Advisors and ensuring clients receive a seamless vacation experience from booking through departure. This position combines administrative support, client coordination, and quality control, focusing heavily on exciting cruise and travel experiences. This is an on-site position at our Tucson office. Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding relationship-building abilities and a passion for helping others.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple details in a steady environment.
  • High level of accuracy, accountability, and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using standard office technology, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and basic database or CRM software.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, administrative support, or the travel industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support Travel Advisors with active client bookings and vacation arrangements.
  • Create, update, and maintain detailed client itineraries and travel documentation.
  • Review reservations, confirmations, and travel documents for total accuracy.
  • Coordinate directly with cruise lines, tour operators, hotels, and other travel suppliers.
  • Monitor booking deadlines, final payments, and outstanding reservation requirements.
  • Perform quality control reviews before releasing travel documents to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records within company CRM and reservation systems.
