About The Position

LV Petroleum is seeking a dynamic and proactive Site General Manager to oversee operations at its travel center/truck stop in McComb, Mississippi. The role is responsible for operational excellence and exceptional customer service across the fuel station, convenience store, and quick-service restaurant (QSR).

Requirements

At least 3–5 years of management experience in the fuel, convenience store, or hospitality industries.
Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of travel center operational best practices, inventory control, and vendor relations.
Familiarity with environmental regulations and safety protocols related to fuel stations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective team and customer engagement.
Strong analytical skills to monitor financial performance and identify improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the travel center, including the fuel station, convenience store, and QSR, in accordance with company standards.
Recruit, train, and manage the team, fostering service excellence and teamwork.
Promote customer satisfaction and promptly address complaints and issues.
Maintain appropriate inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and monitor product quality and availability.
Manage the site budget, sales, and profitability, and implement strategies to meet or exceed financial goals.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, particularly those related to fuel handling and storage.
Maintain accurate sales, employee performance, and operational records and reports for upper management.
