Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience with a proven track record in Truck-Stop and QSR Operations
• Working knowledge of Restaurant Management Systems
• Ability to work as scheduled-50+ hours per week
• Ability to be “on call” for store needs as they arise
• Ability to perform all non-management activities when needed

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day to day site operations including retail fuel and food service ensuring everything runs efficiently and meets company standards for cleanliness safety and customer experience
• Maintain the overall image of the site including lot pumps restrooms and showers
• Lead hire train and develop a full team including managers and hourly staff while building a culture of accountability engagement and low turnover
• Work alongside your team setting expectations and leading by example
• Manage the financial performance of the site including budgeting forecasting and understanding key drivers such as food cost labor cost shrink waste and fuel and merchandise margins
• Make real time adjustments to ensure the site meets or exceeds profitability goals
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and local state and federal regulations including food safety fuel compliance and age restricted sales
• Oversee inventory controls conduct audits and manage vendor relationships to ensure accurate deliveries proper stock levels and efficient operations
• Communicate regularly with your team to align on goals performance expectations safety and overall site success while identifying opportunities for improvement
