Requirements

5+ years of experience with a proven track record in Truck-Stop and QSR Operations
Working knowledge of Restaurant Management Systems
Ability to work as scheduled - 50+ hours per week
Ability to be “on call” for store needs as they arise
Ability to perform all non-management activities when needed

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

Oversee all day to day site operations including retail, fuel, and food service ensuring everything runs efficiently and meets company standards for cleanliness, safety, and customer experience.
Maintain the overall image of the site including lot, pumps, restrooms, and showers.
Lead, hire, train, and develop a full team including managers and hourly staff while building a culture of accountability, engagement, and low turnover.
Work alongside your team setting expectations and leading by example.
Manage the financial performance of the site including budgeting, forecasting, and understanding key drivers such as food cost, labor cost, shrink, waste, and fuel and merchandise margins.
Make real time adjustments to ensure the site meets or exceeds profitability goals.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and local, state, and federal regulations including food safety, fuel compliance, and age restricted sales.
Oversee inventory controls, conduct audits, and manage vendor relationships to ensure accurate deliveries, proper stock levels, and efficient operations.
Communicate regularly with your team to align on goals, performance expectations, safety, and overall site success while identifying opportunities for improvement.
