TRAVEL CENTER CREW MEMBER
About The Position
Jones Petro | Jones Petroleum is a privately owned, community-oriented company. This location, operated by Convenience Stores Inc- a subsidiary of Jones Petroleum, is seeking highly skilled, self-motivated individuals for a Travel Center Crew Member role within their growing Retail Operation. The primary responsibility of a C-Store Crew Member is to maintain a neat, clean, well-stocked area, ensuring it's ready to serve customers. The role requires providing quality service to each guest in a courteous and efficient manner, always displaying a pleasant and enthusiastic attitude. Team Members are expected to prioritize customer service, be collaborative team players, and adhere to site-specific and brand-specific procedures to deliver consistent and quality customer experiences. The company emphasizes fair treatment, dignity, and respect for all Team Members. The position includes a 90-day introductory period, during which employees are considered temporary and are not eligible for benefits. The company participates in the E-verify program.
Requirements
- High School or equivalent education
- Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction
- Good communication skills
- Good personal grooming habits
- Open availability (no special accommodations can be made or guaranteed)
- Flexible schedules (Crew Schedules are determined by business needs)
- Ability to stand up to 8 hours during a shift
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Requires motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
