Responsibilities

• Handle bookings for flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, tours, and other travel components using various booking platforms.
• Support clients throughout the booking process by answering questions, confirming details, and making adjustments as needed.
• Address booking issues, cancellations, or changes promptly to minimize client inconvenience.
• Maintain accurate records of all reservations, payments, and client communications.
• Liaise with travel suppliers and vendors to confirm bookings, resolve discrepancies, and secure the best options for clients.
• Ensure all travel itineraries are complete, accurate, and comply with client preferences and policies.
• Keep current on booking systems, travel regulations, and supplier offerings.
