About The Position
HSG is hiring experienced Bartenders for a Task Force hotel assignment in Chicago! This role involves preparing cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages, providing professional guest service, taking orders and operating POS systems, maintaining a clean and fully stocked bar, following responsible alcohol service requirements, and handling high-volume service professionally. Requirements
- Previous bartending experience required
- Strong cocktail and beverage knowledge
- Excellent customer service skills
