About The Position

The TravelX Architect oversees the full flight booking process, including group and internal travel logistics, vendor negotiations, airline partnerships, budget management, and emergency response. This role is responsible for delivering seamless, cost-effective, and high-quality travel experiences for all builders. The individual collaborates with major airlines, travel agencies, and internal teams to optimize itineraries, control budgets, and manage partner contracts, while ensuring compliance with organizational guidelines and building strong, long-term industry relationships.
