About The Position

Ortho Molecular Products is seeking a Travel and Marketing Specialist to join our Team. The ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter with exceptional attention to detail, strong time management skills, and the ability to work independently while proactively identifying and addressing business needs. Ortho Molecular Products is a leading manufacturer of dietary supplements with over 35 years of stability and success in a team-focused, values-driven culture. This role is 100% on-site Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, in Barrinton, IL.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or 4-5 years of executive administration and/or corporate travel experience.
Self-motivated individual capable of prioritizing work and solving problems independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

Lead and drive continuous improvement of OMPI’s travel program.
Make all necessary business-related travel reservations.
Prepare travel itineraries and distribute travel arrangements and schedules.
Manage the print materials production process for the marketing team, both internally and with our print vendors.
Submit purchase orders, run reports and maintain relationships with our printing vendors.
Assist head of marketing as new vendors and processes are implemented within the marketing department (ex: vetting new lead management software vendors).
Assist the head of marketing with various administrative tasks.
