About The Position

Careerflow Human Data Labs partners with AI companies to bring real-world professional expertise into their products. We are working with an AI research organization that is building systems capable of handling long, multi-step professional work. To do that well, those systems need to learn from how expert practitioners actually operate, not from generic online content.

Requirements

• 3+ years as a travel advisor or agent with your own client book, independent or host agency affiliated.
• Currently or recently practicing.
• Experience serving US clients or the US market.
• Comfortable writing at length and being precise about timing and rules.
• Available for 8-12 hours of focused work over a 7-10 day window.

Responsibilities

• Choose one recurring task from your own work that spans days to months (e.g., taking a client from first inquiry through a fully booked multi-leg itinerary and post-trip follow-up).
• Complete a structured online form documenting that task end to end, at a level of detail where someone who has never done the job could follow it.
• Cover the specifics: exact thresholds, scoring criteria, escalation paths, message channels, tool access, failure modes.
• Provide multiple such submissions if you do well.
