About The Position
The Home-Based Travel Advisor helps clients plan trips including mountain and beach escapes, adventure tours, luxury cruises, and family vacations. The role is open to applicants in the US or Latin America and can suit both experienced travel professionals and people just starting out. Training, tools, and support are provided. Compensation is commission-based, with earning potential depending on commissions.
Requirements
- Genuine interest in travel and helping others explore the world.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Basic computer skills and internet access.
- Willingness to complete provided training and certification.

- Prior travel industry experience.
Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets.
- Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, flights, cruises, and activities.
- Book and manage travel arrangements using preferred supplier platforms.
- Provide customer service before, during, and after travel.
- Stay up to date on travel trends, promotions, and safety protocols.
- Build long-term client relationships.
