About The Position

Worldia is building a network of Regional Brand Ambassadors across the United States, and we're looking for 7 experienced freelance or independent travel advisors to join us. If you know the travel industry inside and out, this is an opportunity to turn your expertise into additional income while helping fellow advisors grow their businesses. The best part? There's no cold prospecting. We'll provide you with a dedicated portfolio of travel agencies that have already registered with Worldia. Your focus is on building relationships, delivering training, and helping those agencies become active, successful users of the platform.

Requirements

• Is currently working as an independent or freelance travel advisor, or has equivalent experience in the travel industry.
• Thrives working independently with minimal supervision.
• Is confident presenting, training, and supporting fellow travel professionals in person, virtually, or by phone.
• Lives in, or can regularly travel throughout, an assigned U.S. region.
• Enjoys building relationships and is motivated by performance-based earnings.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships: Become the trusted Worldia representative for the travel agencies in your assigned region.
• Onboard new agencies: Train newly registered agencies and help them confidently begin using the Worldia platform.
• Activate existing accounts: Reconnect with agencies that have completed training but are not yet booking through Worldia. Identify barriers, provide guidance, and help them succeed.
• Share market insights: Provide feedback on customer needs, product opportunities, and market trends to help improve the advisor experience.
