About The Position

Travel Advisor– LRMB Luxury Rentals Miami Beach (LRMB) is a leading luxury vacation rental company in Miami, offering a diverse portfolio of high-end properties paired with exceptional guest service. With over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, we are passionate about delivering elevated travel experiences. The Reservations Sales Representative serves as the first point of contact for prospective guests and plays a critical role in converting inquiries into confirmed bookings. This role requires a strong sales mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trust quickly with guests while showcasing LRMB’s luxury portfolio and services. The ideal candidate is driven, personable, and results-oriented, with strong follow-up habits and a natural ability to close sales. While prior luxury or travel industry experience is preferred, character, ambition, and coachability are highly valued.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Fluent in English; bilingual or multilingual is a plus
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and follow-up skills
  • Proven understanding of the sales process and closing techniques
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Comfortable with basic math and pricing calculations
  • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking capabilities
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

  • Prior luxury or travel industry experience is preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and/or the travel or hospitality industry
  • Prior luxury brand or high-end service sales experience preferred
  • Proven track record as a top sales producer
  • Experience with vacation rental reservations or property-based sales strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Represent LRMB’s core value of treating others as we would want to be treated
  • Identify guest needs and convert inquiries into confirmed reservations
  • Generate new sales leads through direct guest engagement and proactive outreach
  • Conduct consistent follow-up on existing and past leads to maximize conversion
  • Meet or exceed individual sales and revenue goals
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Present properties and services in a compelling, guest-focused manner
  • Review vacation rental agreements and adjust rates based on seasonality and availability
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records in the Property Management System (PMS) and lead management software
  • Develop familiarity with all LRMB properties, amenities, and locations
  • Perform self-directed market research and outbound lead generation during downtime
  • Create and manage outbound call lists from past guests and non-booked inquiries
  • Continuously improve sales skills, product knowledge, and market awareness
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support company goals and values
