The Trauma Program Manager (RN) provides leadership and oversight of the trauma program, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while driving quality improvement, patient outcomes, and program growth within a high-acuity Level I Trauma Center. This role is for an innovative and experienced healthcare leader to drive excellence and inspire the team towards exceptional patient outcomes and operational success.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Experience in healthcare leadership
- Experience in a Level I Trauma Center
