About The Position

Trauma Focused Mental Health Therapist needed for a thriving, multi-clinic organization focused on ending the stigma around mental health, closing care gaps, and bringing innovation to the field. The organization aims to minimize administrative load and maximize joy for clinicians, believing that happy therapists lead to better outcomes. This role is for the Palm Beach County team, seeking a unique, passionate, and authentic therapist or psychologist experienced in EMDR, Brainspotting, or another trauma-focused modality. Ideal candidates are engaging, team-oriented, and excited to help clients heal and grow, working in a fun, creative, flexible, and compassionate culture.

Requirements

• Fully licensed in Florida as an LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologists (pre-licensed will be considered).
• Experienced working with children, teens, adults, couples, and/or families.
• Skilled in trauma, substance use, or school-based therapy preferred.
• Familiar with documentation, insurance billing, and community resources.
• Credentialed or able to be credentialed with insurance panels.

Nice To Haves

• Experienced in EMDR, Brainspotting, or another trauma focused modality.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health assessments, diagnoses, and personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain clear, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with a dynamic clinical team and engage in regular consultation.
• Use creative interventions to help clients reach their goals.
• Coordinate care with families, schools, and other providers.
• Attend clinical meetings and ongoing training.
• Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 sessions/week.
