About The Position
The Trauma Coordinator is responsible for performance improvement processes and coordinates the development and implementation of center projects and programs. The role monitors systems to achieve targeted outcomes and compliance with accrediting agencies, collaborates with medical center staff, contributes to clinical research, and serves as a resource and consultant. The coordinator also organizes and presents at educational conferences and may provide care to trauma patients and their families.
Requirements
- BSN or higher.
- NC RN licensure.
- More than 4 years of prior trauma-related nursing experience.
