About The Position

Ally Waste is hiring a part-time Trash Valet to collect tied trash bags from apartment residents’ doorsteps and transport them to the community dumpster. The role involves working independently outdoors in all weather conditions, following safety guidelines, and taking and uploading photos through the company app. It offers short evening shifts, five nights per week, for approximately 5–10 hours per week. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, starting at 7 p.m. Shifts typically last 1–2 hours per night, and pay is $45 per night. The role is suited to someone who enjoys independent, active work and wants extra income. Opportunities to advance into leadership positions are available. Ally Waste provides personal protective equipment, including gloves and safety vests. Requirements

Valid driver’s license.
Proof of auto insurance listing the applicant as a covered driver.
Reliable transportation; an open-bed pickup truck is preferred.
Smartphone.
Ability to carry up to 30 pounds.
Ability to walk stairs and remain active for 1–2 hours.
