Trash Valet (Leander, TX)
About The Position
Ally Waste is hiring a part-time Trash Valet to collect tied trash bags from apartment residents’ doorsteps and transport them to the community dumpster. The role helps keep apartment communities clean and operating smoothly. Work is performed independently outdoors in all weather conditions, using the company app to upload photos and following safety guidelines with provided personal protective equipment. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday evenings, starting at 7 p.m. Shifts typically take 50 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes per night, for approximately 5–8 hours per week. The stated pay is $225 weekly. Routes may be current or upcoming in the Leander, Texas area.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance listing the applicant as a covered driver.
- Reliable transportation; an open-bed pickup truck is required.
- Smartphone.
- Ability to carry up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to walk stairs and remain active for 1–2 hours.
Responsibilities
- Walk the apartment community and collect tied trash bags from residents’ doorsteps.
- Transport collected bags to the designated dumpster area.
- Take and upload photos using the company app.
