Trash Technician (Full Time)
About The Position
We are hiring immediately for a full time TRASH TECHNICIAN position. Address : Ascension Providence Hospital - 6901 Medical Parkway, Waco, TX 76712. Note: online applications accepted only . Schedule : Full time schedule; Monday through Friday, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm. Rotating weekends, including both Saturday and Sunday, is required. More details upon interview. Requirement : Prior experience handling waste is preferred. Pay Range: $15.00 per hour to $18.00 per hour. Requirements
- Must have physical ability to walk, stand and push trash containers weighing 50 to 100 pounds.
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions in English.
- Prior experience handling waste is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Identifies, transports, and disposes of trash, chemicals, and bio-hazardous materials using proper safety procedures.
- Performs cleaning functions as assigned; properly operates cleaning equipment as designated.
- Recognizes safety hazards and acts accordingly.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
