About The Position

Fetch is hiring a part-time Trash Service Valet to provide doorstep trash pickup at apartment communities during assigned evening hours. The role involves collecting bagged trash from designated pickup points and transporting it to the community’s disposal area. Valets help keep collection areas clean, follow safe handling practices, document service and report issues using a smartphone, and complete their routes reliably while treating residents and teammates respectfully. The position is active and performed outdoors, with walking, stair climbing, and lifting required. No prior valet trash experience is required.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Smartphone capable of running the company’s work apps.
• Availability for the assigned evening schedule, including Sundays.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds, walk up to 2.5 miles per shift, and climb stairs while working outdoors, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Dependability and ability to work independently.
