About The Position
Ally Waste Services is hiring a part-time Trash Collector (also referred to as Trash Valet) to join their team. This position involves collecting tied trash bags from apartment doorsteps and transporting them to dumpsters at apartment complexes. The work schedule is part-time, Sundays through Thursdays, starting at 8 PM. No prior experience is required, and the company provides personal protective equipment (PPE). Requirements
- Have a smartphone
- Ability to be on your feet for at least 2 hours
- Ability to carry up to 30 lbs
- Open bed pickup truck
- Respectful of the community, property, and business
- Thorough and doesn't cut corners
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Desire to ensure customer satisfaction and pride in your work
- Ability to represent the company in a professional manner

Responsibilities
- Collect trash bags from apartment doorsteps
- Take collected trash bags to the dumpster
- Take and email pictures for daily reports
- Walk up and down stairs each day
