About The Position
As a Trash Porter (Valet Service Team Member), you play an important role in helping keep apartment communities clean and running smoothly. Each evening, you will collect tied trash bags from apartment doorsteps and take them to the community dumpster. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, and earning extra income with a part-time evening schedule. Ally Waste is a growing valet trash and recycling provider serving apartment communities nationwide. Our service helps keep communities clean while providing flexible part-time opportunities for hardworking team members. Ally Waste is actively hiring for ongoing, part-time Trash Collector positions in your area. Requirements
- Valid Driver's License & Proof of Auto Insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Reliable transportation - Open Bed Pickup Truck Required
- Smartphone
- Ability to carry up to 30lbs
- Ability to walk stairs and be active for 1-2 hours

Responsibilities
- Walk the apartment community collecting tied trash bags from residents' doorsteps
- Transport bags to the designated dumpster area
- Take and upload photos in our company app
- Follow safety guidelines using provided personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Work independently outdoors in all weather conditions
