What it's like to be a Trash Collector (Porter) Evenings As a Part Time Trash Collector (Porter) at Community Concierge Services, you will take on an active role that involves going up and down stairs to collect trash and recycling from residents' doors at your assigned apartment community. After collecting the trash, you will load it into your truck and transport it to the onsite compactor or trash bins.
Requirements
- Must have access to a reliable pickup truck capable of transporting collected trash to onsite compactor or bins.
- Must have a smartphone with a data plan for communication and navigation.
- Ability to carry up to 50lbs at a time without assistance.
- Availability from 6 PM until completion on Sundays.
- Availability from 7 PM until completion each night, Monday through Thursday.
Responsibilities
- Collect trash and recycling from residents' doors at the assigned apartment community.
- Load collected trash into a pickup truck.
- Transport trash to the onsite compactor or trash bins.
