About The Position

Greenway Waste & Recycling is hiring Part-Time Evening Trash Collectors to service apartment communities in the Westfield, Indiana 46074 area. This is a contractor (1099) position offering a consistent Sunday-through-Thursday evening schedule, with Friday and Saturday off. Service begins at 8:00 PM and typically takes 1 to 4 hours per night, depending on community size. Compensation is a flat rate of $20 to $65 per service night, or approximately $400 to $1,300 per month, depending on community size. Paid training is provided, and immediate openings are available.

Collectors gather bagged trash and recycling from residents’ doorsteps and transport it to an on-site dumpster or compactor area. The work involves walking the apartment community during service hours and working independently while following company policies and safety procedures. A pickup truck, trailer, or cargo van is required, along with reliable transportation and a smartphone for work communication. Candidates must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and pass a background check and drug screening.
