About The Position

We are seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Nursing Assistants (NA), and Personal Care Aides (PCA) to provide high-quality, compassionate care to clients in the comfort of their own homes. This role involves assisting clients with personal hygiene, grooming, bathing, mobility, transfers, meal preparation, medication reminders, companionship, emotional support, light housekeeping, and monitoring client health. A company car is provided for transporting clients, and a good driving record is required.

Requirements

• CNA, NA, or PCA certification (online training provided for PCA interest)
• Must have a good driving record (+3 Points or better)
• Must meet insurance requirements
• Reliable transportation and valid Virginia driver’s license
• SS card & 2 professional references
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing
• Support mobility and transfers (e.g., bed to wheelchair)
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding
• Provide medication reminders
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping duties
• Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior
