About The Position
Seeking Transporter! Part-time (48 hours biweekly), 6:30a-7p, days vary. Responsible for the timely, courteous, and competent transportation of patients throughout the Baptist Health Floyd facility via wheelchair, stretcher, or bed. Also transports specimens, equipment/supplies, messages, and parcels, as designated. Performs a variety of other support services functions as is needed to provide service excellence to patients, visitors and hospital staff.
Requirements
- BLS certification from approved BLS course required, will provide training
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Healthcare experience preferred
