Transporter - Grounds Crew
About The Position
This is a temporary position expected to last approximately six (6) months based on organizational needs. Continued employment beyond this timeframe is not guaranteed. Sprenger Health Care is a third generation, leading developer, owner and operator of senior living communities and services in Ohio and South Carolina. Through our 12-nursing home, 10 assisted living, and 8 independent living communities encompassing nearly 2,000 beds, we provide exceptional health care services, including; long-term nursing care, assisted and independent living, memory care, hospice, home care, respite care, and short-term post-acute rehabilitation.
Requirements
- State-approved nursing assistant or similar experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Transport residents to and from appointments in a manner conducive to resident safety.
- Assist with loading and unloading residents from the vehicle.
- Ensure that all proper paperwork has been given prior to leaving facility.
- Escort residents to appointments if necessary.
- Demonstrates exceptional customer services and interacts effectively with residents, visitors, staff, and the broader health care community.
