Requirements
- High School Dipoloma or equivalent
- BLS/CPR certificate
- Holiday rotation and call rotation required.
Nice To Haves
- saturday and sunday 12 hours day shift
- holiday and call rotation as needed by the department
Responsibilities
- Escorts/ Transports patients to/from nursing units, treatment and diagnostic areas safely and with respect for privacy and confidentiality as assigned.
- Correctly identifies patient, safely transports via wheelchair, cart or bed to the requested destination.
- Recognizes their limitations, and obtains additional information and assistance as needed
- Upon order, does technical work in the conducting of Non-Invasive cardiology studies (EKG's)on all patients.
