Now hiring a Transportation Team Member (Van Driver) to safely transport patients to and from various medical appointments to include hospital admissions, doctors' appointments and various other medically related visit types. Requirements

Candidate must possess current, unrestricted Louisiana Driver’s License.
Current Unrestricted Chauffeur's License in the State of Louisiana.
CPR Certified
Only candidates with appropriate experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

Provides safe patient transportation to and from the Outpatient Program as scheduled in company provided van
Maintains communication with facility staff regarding schedule and location throughout the day.
Ensures patients and other passengers are safely in the vehicle and are using safety belts prior to driving vehicle to next destination.
Follows all traffic safety laws and vehicle safety guidelines.
Ensures that vehicle received regular maintenance per schedule and completed vehicle safety checks.
