Provide customer service and administrative support in the enhancement, development, expansion and daily operations of Seattle Children's alternative transportation program. Serve as a primary point of contact for in-person, electronic, and telephone inquiries, providing timely, accurate and appropriate information to all staff who contact the department. Assist workforce with alternative commute planning and with parking needs. Participate in outreach efforts to workforce to ensure understanding of transportation offerings. Provide feedback from customers and track relevant customer service data for use in program development. Assist in the audit of parking utilization records for accuracy.
