Responsibilities

  • Supports freight operations by ensuring smooth shipments.
  • Analyzes data to improve efficiency and eliminate defects.
  • Communicates with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Executes processes to meet standard work expectations.
  • Develops performance metrics to drive business results.
