Moldaw Residences is recruiting for a hospitality focused Transportation Supervisor to join our team! This position is responsible for transporting residents to grocery store, monthly outings and extended trips as scheduled; supervise other drivers and adhere to DOT regulations for all vehicles. Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Driver: Drive van, bus or automobile on regular schedule to meet resident needs. Assist Lifestyles Director in assisting residents on and off bus/van, tracking attendance and coordinating equipment (walkers, wheelchairs, canes etc.). Load groceries and other purchased items into bus/van. Schedule and coordinate routine vehicle maintenance. Clean and wash vehicle. May perform housekeeping functions as directed. Supports creating a culture where the business decisions made in this position, along with individual employee engagement, drive top-line revenue and occupancy. Supervisor responsibilities assigned by Plant Operations Director
Requirements
- Class B License required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum six (6) months experience as a bus/van driver required
