About The Position

The Transportation Supervisor coordinates transportation services provided to participants and potential enrollees, oversees vehicle safety, and manages Transportation team staff. The Transportation Supervisor is a member of the interdisciplinary team (IDT) and collaborates in participant care planning. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency; professional experience may be substituted
Participate in the DMV pull notice and random testing for alcohol and controlled substances programs, pass DOJ/FBI background check, and pass DOT physical exam
Current valid state driver’s license
Minimum of four (4) years of experience working in a public or private transportation setting
Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience with demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills in settings with seniors, their families, and IDT members

Responsibilities

Manage the Transportation team including hiring, training, supervising, and mentoring
Attend and participate in IDT meetings, market tactical meetings, and clinic huddles
Conduct driver ride-alongs to observe performance and provide coaching
Address performance and conduct issues, including disciplinary actions and PRT escalations, in accordance with policy
Oversee vehicle safety and preventative maintenance, including PMI oversight, vendor compliance, and routine service and repair scheduling
Manage fleet documentation and maintain vehicle/market supply inventory and order requests
Drive operational improvements and oversee scheduling while ensuring both maximum efficiency and satisfaction
