Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Team player with a commitment to confidentiality and safety.
Excellent communication skills and effective interpersonal relationships.
Calm and decisive in crisis situations.
Candidates selected for hire must successfully pass a criminal background check, drug screening, and any required state-mandated clearances. Employment is contingent upon meeting all screening requirements in accordance with federal, state, and accrediting-body regulations.

Responsibilities

Oversee orientation, training, and scheduling of drivers within the Transportation Department.
Staff the department, including the selection and supervision of employees.
Complete all required reports associated with the Transportation Department.
Handle transportation calls and inquiries.
Attend meetings as necessary.
Model appropriate driving skills to other drivers.
Respond effectively to emergency situations.
Work independently when needed.
Lift up to 50 lbs. as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
