Requirements

• 2+ years of proven experience in transportation coordination, preferably in a logistics or supply chain environment is required
• Understanding of transportation regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices is required

Nice To Haves

• Logistics, ERP Software, appointment scheduling software and EDI experience are preferred
• Freight broker experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own execution of daily transportation operations; tendering, tracking, updating shipment-level data across all systems to ensure accurate and timely movement of freight.
• Operate within defined SOPs and escalation frameworks, ensuring consistency and clarity in execution.
• Communicate shipment requirements and updates to internal teams (manufacturing, warehousing, customer operations) and external partners.
• Monitor and process the transportation workflow of orders while updating ERP and transportation systems to maintain shipment data accuracy.
• Monitor on-time transportation of all Siete shipments, track compliance, solve standard transportation issues in a timely manner as they arise, and escalate transportation performance barriers.
• Ensure shipping requirements are clearly communicated to various manufacturing and warehouse teams, monitor compliance daily, and contribute to shipping partner quarterly reviews.
• Coordinate between manufacturing, and transportation teams to accurately tender shipments of factory production, adjusting as appropriate to meet the needs of the business.
• Communicate between warehousing and transportation team to maintain on-time transportation of customer shipments.
• Build strong relationships with and maintain good communication with 3PL partners, Comanufacturing facilities, and carriers.
• Support carrier and partner performance tracking through accurate data capture and feedback.
