About The Position

The Transportation Specialist is responsible for transporting patients to/from facility in a company vehicle, staying with them and bringing them back. Transportation needs dependent upon supervisor.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Cleared by insurance.
• Motor vehicle check.
• This position requires employee to be 25yrs of age.
• Random drug screen.
• Ability to lift minimum 25 pounds.
• Ability to perform job responsibilities in a facility with multiple levels and without elevator or mechanical transportation.
• Operates a computer and keyboard.

Responsibilities

• Keep the vehicle neat and tidy.
• Keep gas tank full using company gas card.
• Be willing to work with other staff for the coordination of patient care.
• Courteous and professional at all times.
• Other duties may be assigned.
