About The Position

Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a Supplier Site Lead to coordinate customer supply chain operations, ensuring the efficient execution of transportation plans and supplier communication. This role is responsible for monitoring shipment data, scheduling transportation, managing reporting functions, and supporting customer relationships. Your ability to work closely with internal teams, carriers, and customers will be critical to optimizing supply chain efficiency.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in the supply chain or transportation industry, preferably in dispatch or customer service.
1-2 years of experience working on-site at a customer location preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
Excellent data entry accuracy and reporting skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with customers, suppliers, and transportation teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, troubleshoot scheduling issues, and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between customers, suppliers, and transportation teams to execute supply chain solutions.
Work with suppliers to schedule pickup windows and transportation routes while maintaining delivery timelines.
Manage communications regarding missed appointments, shipment refusals, and scheduling conflicts with carriers.
Maintain and update company and client databases, tracking shipment performance and transportation metrics.
Follow ISO-9001 quality standards, ensuring all workplace processes and reporting functions meet compliance requirements.
Provide customer support on a rotating weekend schedule as assigned.
