Lead or support strategy and transformation engagements focused on transportation grants, funding programs, and related operational improvements. Assess current-state processes, identify opportunities for process improvement, and develop practical recommendations to improve efficiency, consistency, and client outcomes. Partner with client stakeholders and internal teams to help shape grant-related strategies, workplans, and transformation roadmaps. Analyze data, synthesize findings, and prepare clear deliverables, presentations, and executive-ready materials that communicate insights and recommendations. Support project management activities including planning, coordination, issue tracking, and status reporting to keep workstreams on track. Contribute to business development efforts by helping prepare proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials as needed. Work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment within CE&I – FCA Transportation to help deliver high-quality consulting services.
