About The Position

Requirements
- 18+ Years of Age
- Valid Drivers License
- Ability to use computers - basic computer knowledge
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical exam
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Nice To Haves
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to travelers, visitors, employees, and other stakeholders by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, suspicious activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate airport operations and/or emergency personnel as directed.
- Conduct regular and random vehicle and foot patrols throughout assigned airport facilities, public areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access points and observe activity within assigned areas, reporting security-related concerns, hazards, and unusual conditions according to site procedures.
- Complete required reports, daily activity logs, and incident documentation accurately and promptly.
