About The Position

Seeking a Transportation Project Engineer to support transportation infrastructure projects throughout Colorado. This role involves planning, design, and coordination of roadway and transportation improvements for public-sector clients. Requirements

• BS in Civil Engineering
• PE License (or ability to obtain within one year)
• 5+ years of transportation engineering experience
• Experience with Civil 3D and/or MicroStation
• Knowledge of state and local transportation design standards
• Strong communication and project coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Nice To Haves

• Experience with DOT transportation projects
• Familiarity with roadway drainage and stormwater design
• Knowledge of transportation design manuals and specifications
• Experience working with public-sector clients

Responsibilities

• Design roadway, intersection, and interchange projects
• Coordinate drainage, stormwater, and utility relocation design
• Prepare construction plans and contract documents
• Work with multidisciplinary teams on transportation infrastructure projects
• Manage project tasks, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate with clients, agencies, and review staff
• Support transportation project delivery from planning through final design
